- What is Loria Digital and what does it do?
- Loria Digital is a digital transformation agency focused on small businesses and SMEs. We deliver corporate websites, e-commerce setups, SEO and GEO, QR menus, AI chatbot integration, internal management systems and mobile app development. We are based in Türkiye and work remotely with clients nationwide.
- Who does Loria Digital work with?
- We mostly work with one-person local businesses, service companies and small to mid-sized firms. Our delivered projects range from a glass and framing craftsman and a landscaping company to a boutique retailer and a full software product. - How long does a website take to deliver?
- The small-business package typically ships in one week and the standard corporate site in one to two weeks. The timeline depends largely on how ready your content — copy, logo, photos — is. E-commerce and custom software projects take longer depending on scope.
- How is website pricing determined?
- Pricing is package-based, driven by page count and required modules: Small Business (1–4 pages), Standard Corporate (5–8 pages) and Premium (custom UI, animation, multi-language). Current prices are shown on the purchase links on each service page, and anything outside those packages is quoted individually.
- Which technologies do you use?
- On the web we use Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, with sites statically generated and served from a CDN. For mobile we use React Native and Expo, and for data Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Realtime, Edge Functions). We do not use off-the-shelf themes — every project gets its own codebase.
- What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
- SEO aims to rank your site highly on search engine result pages such as Google. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) aims to get you cited as a source when AI systems like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity generate answers. GEO content is written as short, directly answering blocks marked up with structured data. We set both up together.
- Do you build mobile apps as well?
- Yes. We build iOS and Android apps from a single codebase using React Native and Expo. Our own product, the Stokit inventory app, is live on the App Store and Google Play — designed, built and shipped entirely in-house.
- Are domain and hosting included? Do you host the site?
- We handle domain and hosting setup, either on your own account or on infrastructure we manage. The domain is always registered in your name and all access credentials are handed over to you.
- Do you provide support after launch?
- Yes. We offer a monthly maintenance package covering content updates, security and dependency updates, performance checks and backups. Individual requests are also supported without a maintenance plan.
- Do you integrate payment and shipping on e-commerce sites?
- Yes. An e-commerce setup covers product management, cart and payment infrastructure, shipping integration and order tracking, using the payment and courier providers commonly used in Türkiye.
- What is a QR menu and which businesses is it for?
- A QR menu is a code on the table that opens a digital menu instantly on the customer's phone. It suits cafés, restaurants and bars whose menus change often, since products, prices and photos are updated from a panel with no reprinting. A table-ordering module can be added.
- How is an AI chatbot integrated into my site?
- A chatbot trained on your own content is placed in the corner of your site with a single snippet. It answers only from your knowledge base — your services, prices and opening hours — and routes visitors to the contact form or WhatsApp when it does not know. It supports Turkish and runs around the clock.
- How does the process work and how do we start?
- The process runs in four steps: (1) a short call to clarify the need and scope, (2) a written scope and delivery date, (3) design and development with checkpoints along the way, (4) launch, analytics and Search Console setup, and handover of all admin access. - Which cities do you serve?
- We work remotely across Türkiye. Meetings are held online and files and approvals are exchanged digitally, so location makes no difference to the process.
- Can I manage the site myself?
- Yes. Standard and premium packages include a content management panel where you can update copy, images and prices without technical knowledge. A short walkthrough is given at handover.
